Our extras
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- Water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, weekly linen change, bathroom and bedroom linen set, free wireless connection, sheltered car space, camp bed and high chair.
- Outdoor facilities: large garden with sun loungers, ping-pong table, barbecue area.
EXTRAS
- Extra charge for linen change: €10 per person.
- Cleaning on request: €30
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
- All bookings are subject to confirmation after a down payment for 30 % of the total cost has been wired by bank transfer.
- You can pay by cheque, credit card, or in cash up to the legal limit of €1.000.
- If you should need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible; in this way – if we can find another tenant in your place – we will be able to refund your down payment.
TOURIST TAX
- From 1/4 to 30/09: €1.40 per person a day. Children under 16 are exempt.
- Payment needs to be made in cash when checking out.
