On the ground floor there is this apartment of about 42 square meters consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom, living room with kitchenette; the two rooms are divided by an exposed brick arch and a screen.

The apartment was formerly used as a stable, has two entrances and two windows, is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a porch equipped with table and chairs, which overlooks a large garden in which pine trees reign supreme. The furnishings of the stable consist of a double bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, table and chairs, kitchenette with fridge and dishes, all always in "arte povera".

All the rooms have terracotta floors (single-fired) both internally and externally.

The interior furnishings are embellished with curtains with the tapestries of the rooms, personally chosen by Anna who, despite not being born in the countryside, has been able to combine the refinements of the city with the rural tradition characteristic of the area.

Weekly prices include linen (bed and bath) and utilities (water-electricity-gas) final cleaning of the rooms.

Agriturismo Pavone provides its guests with cots (cribs) for babies at no additional cost.
Stays other than the week are possible with a price to be agreed.
