Pavone Farmhouse
From the 50s to today
The company has been owned by the Pavone family since the late 1950s following the purchase by grandfather Vincenzo. The company area extends over 26 hectares, where cereals, vegetables and olive trees are grown.
The farmhouse is made up of apartments all equipped with a kitchenette complete with dishes, refrigerator, private bathroom with anteroom and shower.
Each unit is equipped with an outdoor space (porch, veranda or terrace) equipped with table and chairs.
The Apartments
The apartments are elegantly furnished with Tuscan arte povera furniture, typical of the place and with elements that we have recovered from the family tradition, completed with original tapestries and coordinated curtains.
Arco - Studio Flat
On the ground floor, a studio apartment of about 30 m2 complete with a double bed, a single bed, a kitchenette complete with food warmer, fridge and dishes, bathroom with shower.
Belvedere - Three-room apartment
It is the only apartment on the first floor of the farmhouse, it is composed of a double bedroom with a single bed and a private balcony, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen complete with fridge, dishes, microwave oven, kettle, table and chairs.
Fornino – Studio Flat
Delightful and comfortable ground floor room that extends over a surface area of approximately 25 m2, equipped with a bathroom with shower.
Manfredo – Two-room apartment
We gave this name to the apartment out of sympathy for a guest-friend who stayed here during his trips to Maremma. The apartment is about 42 square meters and consists of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom accessible for the less able.
Olivo – Two-room apartment
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a single bed and a kitchenette complete with fridge and dishes, table and chairs, and a bathroom with shower.
Stalla – Two-room apartment
On the ground floor there is this apartment of about 42 square meters consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom, living room with kitchenette; the two rooms are divided by an exposed brick arch and a screen.
Ziro – Two-room apartment
Apartment consisting of a double bedroom, living room with a single bed, kitchenette with fridge and dishes, table and chairs, bathroom with shower.
