Pavone Farmhouse
The perfect place for your stay
The company has been owned by the Pavone family since the late 1950s following the purchase by grandfather Vincenzo.
The company's surface area extends over 26 hectares, where cereals, vegetables and olive trees are grown.
In 1996, following an intuition by Luca (son of Vincenzo) and his wife Anna, a new crop was undertaken alongside the traditional ones, "the culture of hospitality", transforming the old stables and cellars into welcoming living units where guests can be received and pampered.
Since 2014, the company has been enriched by the contribution of new and young energy with the entry of the son Lorenzo.

Farmhouse
The farmhouse is composed of apartments all equipped with kitchenette complete with dishes, refrigerator, private bathroom with dressing room and shower.
Each unit is equipped with an outdoor space (porch, veranda or terrace) equipped with table and chairs.
Apartments
The apartments are elegantly furnished with Tuscan arte povera furniture, typical of the place and with elements that we have recovered from the family tradition, completed with original tapestries and coordinated curtains.
The rooms are equipped with bed and bathroom linen and TV; on request, we provide cots and high chairs for our youngest guests.
Outdoor spaces
A large and well-kept flowered garden surrounds the house, special for your hours of relaxation, in the shade of the large pine trees or in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers available to guests.
The shade of the large trees allows you to have a cool temperature in the garden even in the height of summer during all hours of the day, including the hottest.
And for lovers of barbecues we provide a large barbecue for outdoor cooking.
The structure is equipped with covered car parks for guests.
Services Offered
To make your stay as relaxing as possible and in contact with nature, but at the same time without missing anything, the outdoor areas are equipped with wireless connection and sun loungers where you can spend your moments with family and friends, during the hottest hours our maritime pines will protect you with their shade. The garden is equipped with a brick barbecue for your barbecues with friends. Your cars will find shelter in covered and waterproof places.
Since 2020 we have decided to activate some services for two-wheel lovers, through an e-bike rental directly in the facility with the possibility of child seats, we have agreements with various hiking guides for guided tours of cellars, gravel and enduro trails. We have also provided a bike washing service, a closed room for overnight storage, the possibility of small ordinary maintenance and laundry service that our staff can carry out in the morning.
The Online Shop
In 2023 we opened our zero-mile shop, to let you taste the fruit of the work done in the land surrounding the farmhouse, where our land with wheat and sunflowers, olive groves as far as the eye can see from which we obtain an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, seasonal fruit and vegetables harvested every day, available both fresh and in tasty jams, appetizing pickles and convenient sauces, to be used during your stay or to take a souvenir home after the holidays to share with friends.
